Pre-add Client (external guest)
Creates an approved Client Day guest with any email address (external customers welcome). The account is ready immediately — no email verification needed — and can sign in and see Client Day only. To approve someone who signed up themselves, use the Approve button on their row below.

Add Speaker
Enter a new email to create an external speaker account (fill in name + initial password). Enter the email of an existing employee or admin to make them a speaker too — they keep their access, and name/password are ignored.

Session speakers
Assign the real speaker(s) to each session — link an existing profile or create one (prefilled from the catalog name). You can add more than one per presenter (e.g. several "Google Cloud Team" members). Assignments are per session: adding someone here doesn't touch other sessions. Assigned speakers' headshots & bios replace the catalog entry on that session's public card; presenters with no one assigned fall back to the catalog text.
